Gözleme cook

Yesterday I captured this Turkish cook (by the window of a restaurant nearby Sultanahmet) making the typical turkish crepe called gözleme. It's a very pleasant salted crepe (hand-rolled dough) usually with fillings such as cheese (peynir), minced meat, and vegetables (the one with spinach is really good). 
If you're visiting Istanbul (or other places in Turkey) and if you see these cooks (usually women) I suggest you to try it as a light meal. 

Ontem fotografei esta senhora turca a cozinhar o típico crepe turco, o gözleme, junto à janela de um restaurante perto de Sultanahmet (técnica para atrair turistas interessados). 
Este crepe é cozinhado nesta grande chapa côncava (ver fotografia) e geralmente recheado com queijos, carne picada, ou só vegetais (aprovo o de espinafre).
Para quem estiver interessado, eu aconselho. É agradável, e uma boa refeição leve.
